This notice explains how personal data of visitors to solukmavinokta.art is handled.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
• Newsletter: your email address and preferred language, nothing else.
• Language preference: a functional cookie (smn_locale) remembering which language you browse in.

Nothing else is collected. There are no advertising networks, social media pixels or third-party analytics tools on this site.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used only to reply to you and, if you asked for it, to send announcements. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form or subscribe.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for at most two years after the correspondence ends. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe, at which point the record is deleted.

Transfers

Data is hosted on our infrastructure provider, Supabase. It is not shared with any other third party and is not transferred abroad for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You may ask whether your data is being processed, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Write to the email address above and we will act on it.
